This is not a "candy-coated" self-defense seminar!
12 two hour weekly classes.
Our program teaches the practical application of self-defense techniques FOR WOMEN broken down into manageable sessions to ensure proper technique, mental reaction, and muscle memory.
This program involves intense hands-on training with physical and mental stresses.
Participants should be in average or above average condition to complete this course.
By the end of the training, participants will have the skills necessary to repel most physical attackers.
We recommend appropriate workout attire (long pants preferred) that you can move easily in and all jewelry should be removed.
This class is for women 16 years and up only.
Minimum 8 participants per class. Maximum class size 16. Participants must fill out an application prior to registering for the program. Upon reviewing the participants application, we reserve the right to refuse training to anyone we feel may cause risk to themselves or other participants for any reason.
